my mechanic take away my fuel return line ,he said tht on mikuni this will be useless, the bike goes fine but there are so much fuel in the vapor cannisters, and fuel dirt on the motor...  what you think about that???
2)i get off my oil vapor tube and i put on a little pod filter after the black oil boxes, but after every ride there is oil on the motor carter
I don't know what are the causes.  ...

1. better keep the fuel return line. It`s there for a reason. It should help to prevent issues like you describe them.
Are you sure that all connections (vapor lines, fuel lines) are connected correctly ? The float chamber drain screws are closed ?
Can you determine were the fuel comes from ?

What you mean when you talk about float chamber screws??
maybe the two little screws with cannisters under the carbs??
they have to be closen or opened??

2)i read your post and i have to think that my black box valve is broken,or the oil line is ??? what i can solve this problem?'
with some foam :ugh: :ugh: :ugh: ???

what I mean is when you look at this picture
http://www.box.net/public/dlllyiq32b#1:4941036:43569726
you see the float boal chamber (1). On this cover you can see 2 small (tubes) exits. On the smaller one you can see the head of a screw. This is the draining screw. This of course should be closed.
