I can tell you with 100% certainty that they won't ... because I bought 'em.

Thanks for the link! I missed the auction, but emailed the guy separately and made a deal. So, I appreciate the hook up - can't believe I missed the auction in the first place.
Now ... I need to figure out how to core 'em and make them a little freer-breathing ...

Let us know, how U managed "open" them...

I can see, that those are "USA modell", cause very small output pipe diameter...at least seems so... Anyway i am very courious, what/how U "fix" them.... How many mm that input pipe(to headers)??? Whatkind headers U have in Your bike?

Antti -
Not sure yet - haven't done any investigation or experimentation. I figured for ~$20USD shipped, it's an experiment I can afford. (but keep your fingers crossed all the same!) Whatever I wind up doing, I'll post for sure.
I'd love to figure out some way to pirate workshop them so I can open them up again, re-pack them; and somehow fab a larger exhaust port (like the 907ie perhaps?)
Not sure how it'll come out, or exactly what approach I'll take ... so I'm very open to suggestions (hint hint!)

I have never seen opened those original pipes, so i am quite courious, how they are build, but anyway i think, that opening must be start from back, propably that surround of that output pipe, what is welded....

nice to hear that someone from here bought them.
i believe that in the auction was not mentioned that it was for a ducati paso so that should be the reason that you didn't see it in the first place!
good luck opening them!!
