Rova,

Motomart in Lower Hutt have the Michelins in stock. Very expensive but they do have them. Here is a link to their site http://www.motomart.co.nz/

motomart have no stock & at this stage they have been told no more will be made. they suggested Pirelli mt 66 150/ 80/ 16, but i have been told by experienced Ducati engineer that these tires are a disaster on Paso's as profile way to high, which causes major stability problems. still looking for michelin's, can anyone help?

Browsing the forum, you'll notice how the rear 150/80 r16 and a front 130/70 r16 are a good choice even if I never tried them when I had got the 906 (same tires).
No matter, often they say the Michelin A/M 59 will have built no more.
Really, it seems they build them every two years or so, when they have many requests.
Keep on searching and good luck  !

I have a set of A/M 59s (one front and two rears) that I just bought. The front and one rear have been scrubbed in on the track for about 100 laps of Virginia Int'l Raceway (250 miles). I'll sell the pair mounted on a set of stock wheels in excellent condition along with the unmounted extra rear and the front calipers and disks, if the price is right. For guidance, the three tires cost me ~$250 in March.

Rova,

Have visited Motomart, they sold their last 160/60 2 weeks ago. They have 2 x 130/60 front tyres on the shelf ($307 each).
Try eBay for a supplier, I bought a set (front and rear) about 8 weeks ago from eBay. Will try and find their site and let you know.

I bought mine from onlineparts.

$120.95 for the front and $146.95 for the rear ($289.90 with shipping). You will have to check on overseas shipping, might be high.

Here's the link:

Rova,

Here is the eBay link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... :BCB:MT:31

When I first emailed them they would not send them outside of the USA (probably to do with their licensing agreement with Michelin). So they were delivered to NY then posted to me (USA$47.00). Try emailing them but tell them that they are no longer available in NZ. Perhaps they can reconsider.

Since no one's making me an offer, I'll let the whole lot described above go for $US 250, plus shipping.
