My 1990 907IE starts from cold ok, with aabout 1/3 choke but from warm or hot it fires up and cuts out refusing to start again until cold. Has any one expeienced this problem or can point me in the wright direction?

Hi "nut"!
Have You checked Your valve clearances allready??? Thinking, what happen, when exhaust clearances are too tight.....Easy to check! Maybe start ok, when cold, but when engine warms, then Not anymore, cause no pressure in sylinder........

Thanks Finnpaso,
All was well in the valve department but the problem seems to have cured itself and it seems to be running a lort smoother now.

Hi!
I hope You remember also drive and accelerate very hardly, BEFORE You check You valve clearances! No need to check valve cl. if Your valves are very dirty! Many forget that very important point before valve check..... Engine must be as "clear" as possible before job

Here guys, who check other Ducks valves, do first very hard test drive to clear valve area from all shit...
...still thinking, that there can be some problems to figure out....
