now the gear indicator function normally but there are problem with the rev counter....
after connecting the red-positive and black to ground, there are two wires coming out from the tacho orange and brown....i don't know what of these take impulse from the engine and i make tests but when i connect orange wire to pick up positive cable it lights on all led in sequence but this led don't follows motors rpm

when i connect brown wire to cable sometimes all the led lights together
do you have any ideas???al suggestion are accepted
many thanks

as both are aftermarket parts do you have an electrical/installation scheme of both parts to look at or did they come without any documentation ?
If so knowing model and brand may help.

pls. make pictures of the mechanism of the gear level indicator. I`d like to know how you solved that with the microswitch and so.

interesting ! I never saw this type, only know the old one that required microswitches at the gear lever.
who`s interested ... ie.

(regarding connections these two seem to be already quite different. If you look at the first link and then "Handleidingen", then whatever model one can see that it uses a wheel sensor, the other one doesn´t)

I am almost 100% convinced I will be installing one of these on my cafe bike to reduce the amount of clutter above the triple tree.

I'm thinking about the Vapor plus the dashboard with indicator lights so that my charging circuit functions as it should. Just like this:
The whole thing can be done for about $150

Cheap FOR YOU!

But i think, not so cheap to us EU guys... If someone know seller here in EU, then it "can be" also cheap for us...

Anyway, it looks quite good!

With the Dollar sinking like the Titanic, this will set you back about 5 Euro...... If you want one, have it sent here and I'll ship it to you!

I was once thinking about the Aprilia RSV Mille instruments as the shape of the whole panel is somewhat like the one of the Paso, but I like it as it is (specially the fuel indicator). Plus I think it`s quite hard to adapt unless you`re using 17" wheels etc.

not to mention the fact that anything that wears the name APRILIA will be quite expensive

Everything is relative so, here in Italy, the Aprilia stuff is much cheaper than the Ducati stuff.
Ciao
