In my bike, the connections are outside the blinkers. So, when I need to service the bike, I keep out the side fairings without removing the blinkers, so only I disconnect the blinkers' wires.

I guess your connections still are inside the blinkers (there is a round rubber which prevents the connection goes out), so you have to remove the blinkers first, disconnect the wires and voilĂ ...

Later, if you'd like, you can also keep the connections out the blinkers, so you don't have to remove them when you service the bike.

Ciao

I only take connectors open and keep mirrors in fairings. First fairings off and then those connectors open with another hand, easy job! :P
