Well i have a 87 paso 750 and have single exhaust and came across a header off a 90 750 sport and was curious as to whether it would bolt right on to my paso. Anybody knwo how much 750 sport stuff is transferable. Does the 750 sport have a pantah 750?

engine from Paso and Sport, whole brake system, wheels and many other parts are the same.
The exhaust cans of both bikes are not interchangeable as the headers are slightely different. Check the thread "906 exhaust" in the 906 forum. The tubes of the Paso header to the exhaust cans run parallel to the lower frame rails, while on a Sport/Supersport/Monster etc they run slightely outwards so if a Sport header would be used you would need to use other cans also.

In addition to that I think to remember that on Monster and Supersport headers the angle of the rear header tube at the header cross is different so the rear header tube is also. I do not know if this is the case also on a Sport header. If so this could make some problems, too.

there you go. This is a header of a Monster, let`s see if someone else has one of a Sport to compare:

search ebay and find the right pics. :)
A 750 Sport header. The rear tube is bent upwards so it`s a no-go.

and here a Supersport header that appears to be about the same:

as as reference a (my) Paso header:

PS: the adapter on the side of the front header tube is not original. That part was welded in so for proper engine/carb adjustment a lambda sond can be used. Further advantage is that with a mobile lamdda meter you can also check when riding. The adapter costs like €15-20 or so plus welding. Ducati sells it as a single part.

Thanks guys, I would hate to buy the wrong header. That's a nice header off the paso.
