The reason for this confusion is that in Spanish and Italian 'Annoucements' means 'Advertisements'. Hopefully this will clarify:
English 'Announcements' = Italiano e Espanol 'Noticias'
English 'Classifieds' = Itailiano e Espanol 'Annuncios'

Really, in Italian "Announcements" can be translated as "Annunci" or "Avvisi", as well as "Notizie", while "Classifieds" means "Inserzioni" or "Annunci economici".
But, it's plain enough that who wrote there didn't know the English at all.

le condizioni generali sono ottime, catena e corona avranno si e no 400km, la moto ha 85.000km ed e stato rifatto interamente(motore) a luglio 2007 e fino ad ora avra percorso 400km. L'unica cosa che e da rivedere e la carburazione in quanto il Weber doppio corpo e mal regolato.il paso la vendo xche ne ho gia 5 di ducati e non so piu dove metterli ed in piu sono dietro ad un 999.

Excellent overall shape, chain and sprocket only 400 km, the whole bike has 85000 km and the engine was entirely overhauled in July 2007 and worked only 400 km.
The Weber carburetor needs a tuning.
He sell her because he has already got 5 Ducati and he wants to buy a 999.
