every shop selling motorcycle equipment offers some.
These are universal use and the width can be adjusted to the width of the swingarm. You should get one with wheels, there`re also version w/o wheels but the bike tends to move when you try to lift it.

to prevent scratches the adapters should be rubber covered

and if you buy an extention

you can also combine the parts and use it as a front lift i.e. when you need to remove the fork (you should have the bike on a rear stand when lifting front also)

one more info about the front stand. The stand uses a pin that is stuck in your steering axle to hold the bike. These pins are available in different diameters so you can use the front stand also for different bikes.

Here in Europe you have bike shops as POLO, Hein Gericke, LOUIS etc. and I guess in the US there`re also some motorcycle parts/accessory shop chains.
The stands I bought are unbranded, but the quality is good. The front upper part of the stand has a fix width so you can combine it with every swingarm stand with adjustible width (as on the second picture on top, not sure if it will work with every swingarm stand like in the first pic)

just checked amazon:

Google Handy Industries. They make very reasonable stands.
