have you tried your Ducdealer or any (internet) shop that sells bearings ?
Steering head bearing (2x)
id* 25mm od* 47mm width 15mm
SKF 32005-X/Q or
TIMKEN 32005X-90KA1 (inner bearing: XAA32005X, outer ring: YAA32005X) or
SNR 32005.V.C12
...with seal (2x)
id 45mm od 52mm width 4mm
i.e. SKF # 17692
