Paso for sale in UK

This was posted to the OLD Yahoo Paso list this morning. I think Gerhard and I are the only 2 that actually monitor the old list...

1987 red paso 750. I have owned this bike for the last 15 years but
have not ridden for the last 12. Complete but unable to give her the
attention she deserves. Either sell complete or break.
Location - Birmingham UK.

dsfrost@yahoo.com

I have NO association with the seller nor do I know anything about the bike. Someone in the UK needs to step up and keep it from going to the breakers though.

Hello everyone - first post!

Looks decent - it's not far from me either. I've asked if it's still up for grabs.

The owner very kindly called me earlier today and I will be going to take a look at the bike soon. I'll let yourselves know how I get on. :)

be sure to get all info about the service history (last valve adjustments, belt changes etc etc).
If that is uncertain you`ll have to do all that as first step and that will add to the cost.

Very much agree. Like any machine that has stood silent for a long time it will have to go through a thorough re-commission before it sees the pavement again. Which is exactly what I was looking for thankfully! To me there's nothing like knowing what you're riding or driving from the inside out. :)

I've always liked the Paso and this will be a great winter project if I decide to have it - and if the owner sells it to me of course! He sounded a decent bloke and very passionate about the bike so I may have to crowbar it from him!

Even if you have to crow-bar it from him it's worth it! The Paso is a special kind of ride.

If you read thru the FAQ, you will see most of the bugs that you may have to deal with. There's nothing too hard to do to make the bike bulletproof and a dream to ride.
