I'd like to find a new oil inspection sightglass plug for my 87 750 Paso. Anyone know where I can get one or have a fairly decent used one for sale? I tried cleaning up mine but it's still real hard to see the oil level through it.
Thanks,

Thanks,
They are no longer available through Ducati, but there is a company in Germany (I think) that makes a stainless steel replacement, but it's a bit expensive. If you do a search, you should be able to find the thread where I was looking for a replacement and Gerhard (Paso750) had a link to an auction or a website of the aftermarket supplier. Also, the sight glasses are the same as the ones used on the older Pantah engines, like the 650 from the Cagiva Alazzura or an early Elefant. I bought the oil sight glass and the timing sight glass from a guy off of eBay was was parting out an Alazzurra. I still have the timing sight glass that doesn't have the reflector that I may be willing to sell.

"dreamvee" is the sellers name. He has non listed at the moment but I`m sure he still has some (they cost € 46 but he may make a better price, specially if you want more than one). He`s the owner of http://www.dsaluparts.de
It is in fact in Germany.

You may also check ebay as sometimes there`re complete engine covers incl. the sight glass being offered.
