New Paso in the house!!!

I picked up the Paso that I bought from Dana in Indy today. Luckily the MotoGP was in Inday last week and I was supposed to go but we had a death in the family and my plans were changed. A buddy from DESMO (local NY club) picked the bike up and trailed it home to Long Island, where I drove 2.5 hours to this morning to pick it up.
It's a real beauty!!! The bodywork is off so I will be taking some photos of different parts to get some input. So far this is what I know:
MagnetiMarelli Digiplex Ignition
Dellorto Carbs
Magnesium Wheels made by TechnoMagnesio
Full Floating front Rotors
4 piston front calipers
New tires
Euro tail light
GiaCoMoto 2 into 1 exhaust or maybe Staintune? Pipes definately look like Staintune. Polished SS
I have yet to begin poking around under the skin tho. Wiring looks unmolested, oil hoses to coolers need to be replaced, rear brake needs to be sorted.
A nice winter project!!

Best wishes for your buy!
Sounds as she is a very nice bike (when will you show us some pic?), but above all the Tecnomagnesio wheels would be a real beauty...
3 or 5 spokes?
I could fall in love for a 5 spokes rims' set...
Ciao

Congratulations Jon,
it`s really a nice bike and it seems not to need much to become a gem.

I think you'll not have to work too much the next winter.
Great bike!

They are 5 spokes and Dana also had the original wheels.
I'm wondering if the paint is original. I'll post pics later today.

Seems, that one 750 Paso is saved now from wreckers, cause it went to good home...

Sounds like a really nice bike with some awefully cool mods done to it. Let me know if I need to go digging through my parts boxes.

I posted some pics of the Paso coming home:

Apparently Brembo made the front caliper brackets. I love the way the exhaust system wraps so smoothly around the oil filter.

Its a shame that Dana decided to sell it but the shameful antics of her local mechanic left her with little choice (don't know why she didn't see the police about it). I am sure this Paso has gone to the best place for its repairs.

Hi Jon. Sorry I have not been around, new job has been keeping me busy + other stuff. Have not forgotten the paperwork I owe you, hope to get it to you next week.
Stay well.

I don't think the police care if someone forgets to tighten bolts... Sometimes I wish we had an FAA for cars and bikes (and a decent inspection system), would certainly save freeway overcrowding by knocking a bunch of crap vehicles and drivers off the roads.
"Mr. Ducati dealer, you sold this bike to Mr. K... and it fell apart on him a block from his house. I'm afraid we are going to have to impound your stock and start an investigation. Please, don't leave the country. These nice gentlemen will be collecting all the files from your shop here before we leave."
