purchased for 4650 in 2005, has sat there since. Ridden about 50 miles total since. spent 1250 getting up to speed with new fuel pump, 916 inverted thermostat, etc. all work was done at pro italia in Glendale. battery is now dead, but last year fired up with cbr battery, rode short, and looks like relay started to smoke. Sure it's not a big deal, but refuse to waste another dime. Has staintune pipes, aries pistons, Vee-two crank, chip, etc, has never been down, and has only 10 k on the clock. tough times force sale. Would be a great quick project for a competent wrencher. Only looking to get 3K (tough times everywhere) Firm on price! call me if questions or interest. Bill @ (916) 308-5757. Just north of Sacramento in Lincoln,CA. Also have perfect Bimota sb8rs for sale, and much more...

Surprised by the lack of interest! If you came to the heap of gear, saddlebags, euro taillights, and assorted crap(take off's, fresh slicks, etc. you would be drooling.) This bike is a bomber and will stand against any other! Ebay part outs will garner twice this amount. No one needs a parts bike, or a motor? Let alone a 250.00 fix and killer ride? Very disappointed. I suppose it's Cycle trader now. Someone will lose their chance, and It's not like I'm out of control asking too much???? My Guitar cost more.............WTF? I can give you the whole story about service records, Max the previous owner, where he rode it, everything.........Totally over lubed and staged in a Museum like warm garage with a cover,....What's up????

I'm not surprised at all.

This 907 took seven months to finally sell and he wound up dropping the price from $3000 to $2500 and it was functional...

Personally, the thing that would scare me about your bike, if I were in the market for one, is the fact that it has sat up as long as it has. Most people will look at it as potentially needing timing belts, carb clean, battery, relay (as you stated), and maybe even tires since it has been sitting bascially since 2005 (5+ year old tires). That would mean that the $250 you claim can be upwards of $1000+ if a person cannot do the work themselves, plus.....the Paso series of bikes really are not in high demand.

As you said, times are tough for many people, but despite that, your price is VERY reasonable for what the bike really should be worth (they were $4000-$5500 a couple of years ago in a good economy). I have thought about getting a 907ie to add to my 750, but I don't have the money or the storage space at this time. If I were in the market, though, I'd be more interested in your Bimota.

I totally agree with you. You sound like a really straightforward thinker. Whatever happens, happens, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking a minute to comment. I always figured this forum was the only feesable way to identify a hardcore paso lover. I waited years just to find a black one locally available, and was confused that there were no others like me. Everyone is aware a modern SV or equiv is a better overall choice. The paso is a pig, but fast, comfortable, and in my opinion looks and sounds great (for almost 20 yr old). I'll be here.....maybe for parts, maybe for trades, and maybe to finally just give the thing away.
If you are reading this in September, It will still be here...........All you have to do is try and you'll probably get it!

Would not mind having a Black 907 myself. I have one in red I plan to add to the stable very soon.Perhaps if you still have it later in the summer we can talk about it. In the meantime you could post a picture or two somewhere besides facebook. Photobucket is easy and free. Paso's are never an easy sell, takes a special kinda of enthusiast. One must enjoy the tinkering required. With all the japanese bikes around for cheap an old italian bike with "special" needs is a hard sell when times are good. One suggestion I would make, contact Bevel Heaven. He has a section for bikes for sale and can set up shipping worldwide

Perhaps, but since you have your pictures set to private on Facebook if you post the painting there it still won't help much.... just trying to help out. The norm on craigslist, ebay ect.. is that if something doesn't really look good in person then folks will post small pics, fuzzy pics, ect... in hopes that someone will bite in hopes that it really might be worth something. Not saying that's what is going on here, just saying that your only posts are in this for sale ad and you are asking folks to buy a pig in a poke.... that might put off someone who would otherwise be interested. If you weren't on the other side of the country I'd love to at least stop by and take a look.... Black 907 is almost the prettiest Paso other than the White 750's
