Lots of little things to do yet.... trim the rear fender to make it straight, remove turn signals since the euro light is installed, install lift handle and center stand.... and lots of cleaning of the frame and exhaust system might even remove the stickers and polish the cans...
Painter has to touch up a few edges before it comes home and with DABR at the end of the month I'm going to be pushing it to have it ready on time.

Update went down to shop on sunday and hooked up last of wiring. Made a bit of additional chain clearance for rear 180/60 by taking about 1mm of spare rubber off the tire with a grinder  No rubbing no problems no spacers all is perfect. I'm using the Shinko 747 which has a really big overhanging edge, this might not work well with other brands but on these there is quite a few mm's of rubber to spare on the edge. I did a run of about 25 miles over rough and smooth surfaces and a blast of about 125 mph and could not make it rub no matter how hard I tried. I'm very happy with the tire combo, the steering feels lighter and she turns in with less effort but still very stable, I'd compare it now more to my 06 SS than the Queen Mary...LOL Bike feels 75lbs lighter now, and about a foot shorter :) Like a New bike.
Only issue left is it's charging is very weak, so we will put in the spare stator I have tomorrow and hopefully she will be done.

Mods....
Shinko 747 180/60/16 Rear, Podium 130/70/16 Front
FZ Headlight w/silverstar bulbs, Euro Tail light
All wiring now redone with relays
Mikuni Carbs, Vacuum actuated petcock

Charging should be good once rewired. Did you clean all of the various grounds including the one at the back of the engine case?

Not yet but will check and clean all of them 1st before replacing the stator.... it's not spiking so it's not the new rect/reg..... now If I could just find that damned stator I have in the garage somewhere.
BTW..... Are you going to DABR? I have a pretty interesting route laid out for the trip down there
