I'm thinking about changing cams and increasing compression in my 907. The pistons are not a problem I am having a problem finding cams. I would like Vee Two cams but have not had any luck getting a hold of them. Can any one from down under tell me if they are still around. If not Vee Two any one else have a source for cams. Thanks for helping.

A friend of mine who had bought a set was told by VeeTwo that they were about the same as Ducati ST2 cams. He had those already so he sold the VeeTwos again.
The ebay seller was "atg group" btw (VeeTwo is part of the ATG group). Supposedly they were clearing stock.
You may have more luck finding ST2 cams. I`m sure there`re also a few other companies making some.
Btw the cams my friend had bought required 1mm longer valves as far as I remember.

Ducati Performance has cams.
900 SSie ones is also a possibility, works good in mine.

The St2 cams are suppose to be the best stock 2V cams Ducati ever made and there for very desirable(expensive).I have thought of them but they do not have a tack drive.

U sure?
Tach drive gear is separate from the cam on my 907 & SSie cams.

No, I'm not sure. I thought the 907 cam has a keyway slot cut in it to drive the tack gear, but the st2 did not have the keyway.

I was browsing through ebay a couple of weeks ago and saw that VeeTwo(ATG) were selling their 'very last' set of 2V cams. Unfortunately they are gone now and VeeTwo are no longer making Ducati parts.

I was afraid that was the case. Do you know what Vee Two is going to be doing now, I thought Ducati parts was all they did.
