Order, buy and change new rear light switch. Its poor quality switch, but little difficult to find any other than Ducati original spare part.
Be carufull when take switch away, as liquid make harm to painted surfaces. And after new switch, u have to take air away from circuit.

Bevel Heaven has one that works, wiring need to be changed over but easy enough to do
I seem to recall a few folks getting a VW switch that does not need the wiring mod

Don't have any more details Antti. Sorry, I just remember running across it in a forum somewhere
what's needed is a 10x1.00 banjo type hydraulic switch

Seems to me that some of you guys have issues with finding / x matching alternate parts .Maybe we are lucky here , but if I want a brake light sw , oil press sw , temp senders I go to Jim @ allparts who usually hands me a catalogue which has a pic and all the spec's , pick the one I want , pay for it and the courier drops it off at home the next day ( nz$17 for the oil pressure sw on the paso

, I think its for a VW Passat) Do you guys not have this type of auto parts stores ?

Yeah I geuss issues was the wrong word and I had sorta forgotten that some of us here are just starting out bike wise

. You are so right about the true value of a good parts man ( Jim gets his xmas prezzie every year..... money well spent )

Dear all
Thanks for the input, I will check my local Ducati dealer and ebay / the net.
We do not have a "Jim @ allparts" job here, I wish we would!
All the best, Hardo

Hardo,
HEL in the UK do mail order and have a banjo bolt with a built in pressure switch that you should be able to use as a sender for the brake light.....?
http://helperformance.com/store/product ... ts_id=3158
I haven't used one myself yet, but I plan to....
Cheers,
Mick

Gentlemen:
Would you by chance know if the Hel brake light switch as on
http://helperformance.com/store/product ... ts_id=3158 would fit on a 750 Paso b.l.s.? Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge.
Best Wishes, Randy.
