HELP i cant find any new base plates 
do you mean the cylinder-crankcase gasket ? Tried your dealer?

i mean the alluminium base plates that sit directly bellow each cylinder. my local supply says they are on back order with ducati and nothing ever materialises and phone calls are getting me nowhere fast.
