May I introduce...

... this is my first child, named "Fiete".
He was born on monday, 11th of april, on 9:26.
Mother and child are hale & hearty. Father is happy
He is the reason, why my 907/ST3-Project has a standstill...

"Fiete" is a traditional northern german short form of "Friedrich". Both of his Grandfathers and Greatgrandfathers had "friedrich" somewhere in their names...
Both Greatgrandfathers were called "Fiete"...

He looks right at home there on your chest. I like the name. Is it a hard T, or sounding more like an R when you pronounce it? I'm half German, but can hold the words I know in one hand.

It is pronounced like "feete" or "feeta" in english, with a week last letter and a hard t
