The Devil had a slow day

He was walking around nothern Italy `round 1990, didn`t feel too wicked that day.
"I`ll just make a coupla small obstacles today".
He passed Borgio Paningale, sneaked into the Ducati Development Dep.
"Hmm, making a developed Paso, good idea! But lets make it not so easy to wrench on..."
So he sneaked in after working hours and designed the routing of the cable in the throttle house & the construction of idle lever cable into throttle bodies, with the little spring......
"Small but evil", he thought, good day all in all.
I do seriously believe it`s true.
But TB & cables are in place.
