does anybody know a good source for piston rings or piston sets in europe which are decently priced?

also for the top conrod bushing?

i've seen a couple of cars that have 88mm pistons but the oil ring is too thick (5mm, 2mm more than the original paso 750) and i can't rectify it as the other top ones.

if you want new pistons it´ll be hard as they were discontinued. Maybe some old Ducati dealer still has some in stock. Otherwise there´re used ones on ebay and Ferracci is selling 90mm big bore pistons and 88mm pistons as conversion of 600 Monsters. Don´t know if the last will also be good for a Paso though.

For piston rings and bushings check Stein Dinse in Germany.

thanks for links!

the piston rings look very dear if they charge for single piston.

if i have no choice i'll probable get a set of vw 88mm rings and rectify them to right size.

I got my piston rings exactly at the same price (170€ for both cylinders) 4 months ago in the Ducati dealer. They are coomen parts, expensive though,
