Finally getting some time to put this bike on the road (sitting in the garage since I found it this past spring). PO took the fairing apart years ago and lost some of the bolts and many of the rubber bushings are in crap condition. These bolt kits aren't cheap but I'm willing if they're quality. If anyone has experience with these kits please let me know.

I know I'll have other questions but I've already found good info in previous threads. Can't wait to ride.

I've been wondering the same thing since a couple of my rubber inserts are rotten. The Paso 750 has a total of 24 of those rubber grommets if you include the oil coller covers, 14 if you don't. In the picture they show 18 of the grommets.

I believe this ad is just for bolts, nothing else, and they are incorrect in terms of head and construction. Original fairing bots are not button heads, and are hollow, not solid. Those bolts are heavy and high profile and if you want them, they are available from McMaster-Carr catalog for about $1US each plus shipping.

If you need rubber bolts, I use these:

RNT-M6/16
I bought them at a Fabory shop.

Can you provide the McMaster Carr part number? I live in that catalog at work, and have tried numerous times to find an exact match. Never found a bolt that had the correct size head. All very similar in size to these FleaBay ones.
For what it's worth, that eBay kit does at least include bolts, washers, and wellnuts. (I know nothing of this kit personally, just reading the ad)
eBay ad wrote:This is a complete kit includes all the bolts and washers needed in order to reassemble all your fairing plastics.
This kit includes the screws, washers, speed nuts (as required), well nuts (as required), lock nuts (as required), and push pin rivets (as required) to install the fairings.

Phil:
This is as close as McMaster Carr gets to our fairing bolts. They are the wrong head, and are solid steel, but they are closer matches than any thing else I've found, and they do work.
1: 92137A535Metric Flange Button Head Cap Screw Alloy
Steel, M6 Size, 20 Mm Length, 1.00 Mm Pitch
2: 92137A644Metric Flange Button Head Cap Screw Alloy
Steel, M8 Size, 20 Mm Length, 1.25 Mm Pitch
