Thanks to ducinthebay, kalli, paso750, higgy, my painter Dave, and all the others who helped me with parts, advice, and encouragement to get the bike back together.
I wrecked two years ago, April 30. I was in a hurry and left my kick stand down and it caught in new asphalt. I couldn't walk for 3 months, couldn't get up by myshelf. At the end of the first year, I had all the mechanicals sorted out. The forks were straighted, the front wheel was straighten and trued (by Frame Straight, Tenn.). I needed a new triple clamp lower to get the front end to line up right. New head light, sub-frame, tail light and other pieces, used body work from ebay with scratches etc. (but much better than mine). This winter I had Dave fix the ebay body work and my tank. Wow, he did a really great job. It's better than new. Original decals from the UK and coat after coat of blemish free clear. It really does look and feel new.
Thanks again everyone.
