starter brushes

Post by badhabrace »

Hello everyone,
With alot of help from Ducatipaso.org, I finally put new brushes in my starter. It wasn't as bad as I thought,so if you're considering it, don't be intimadated. I bought my parts from the local starter/altenator rebuild shop for $21.76. Here are the part numbers that worked well:
028159-0920 insulator $3.20
028530-1021 brush $7.96
151-52006 brush holder $10.60

Hope these part numbers help,if you can't find them blast me an email & I will give you the companys info so you can order them.

Thanks a ton for all your help!
