906 parts (weber, airbox, manifolds, cables, mufflers, etc)

Post by lane1feathers »

Hi all
I'm selling some bits left over from the carb conversion on my 906. Everything was working fine when it came off the bike. I thought I'd offer them to you guys before I advertise them locally. All are very well priced. PM me if you're interested.
We have;
Weber 44 DCNF

Airbox and lid (with 3 holes drilled)
Electric fuel pump
Inlet manifold
Inlet tubes, rubbers and clamps
Choke lever (has small piece of internal plastic broken off but works fine, once it's on the bike you can't see that it's missing)
Choke cable
Throttle cable
Twist grip
Mufflers (straight with no dents but could use a lick of paint)

There is also;
600SS inlet tubes,
Throttle cable pair (open/close) from a TDM850,
Twist grip from a TDM/TRX/and quite a few other Yamahas.
Cheers,
Lane

is the weber the same model as the 750 Paso's? If so, how much are you asking and what do you estimate would cost to ship to Colorado USA?

Hi Yoric,
I believe they used the same weber but jetted differently with smaller aux. venturis, but I'm no expert. I'm sure someone that knows will correct if wrong :thumbup:
Don't know what it would cost to send to USA but can find out tomorrow. I'm asking $450 on eBay (when I list it) but will let it go to a paso owner/forum member for $400 and I might even sweeten the deal and throw in a throttle cable, or the manifold (whichever you might need) . I see on eBay they are selling for around $700 reconditioned as they are popular upgrades for VW's, V8's, and came stock on some Ferrari's etc. so I think it's a fair price for mine. I actually just saw a listing on eBay for the velocity stacks alone for $150!!!!

Cheers
