Help needed - Fueltank compatibility 907ie -> 750

Hey i want to put my 907 a new dress on.
The dress of a 750 ...
But it won`t fit ...
Because the 907 does have two hosepins on the right side, the 750 got one on the left side.
The 907 got two vent connections at the back - the 750 just one.
The idea i got was to take a Y-Piece and feed the two injectorpumps of the 907.
Is that possible ? Does anybody think there is a problem with that ?
Is there a scheme where i may compare the two tanks ?
Please help me ! Let me know what you`re thinking.
Many thanks !
Helge

One is a pumped system the other gravity fed.
The simplest solution would be to cut and weld the old 907 tank fittings onto the 750 tank and blank off accordingly.
look in the spec pages at the owners manual section to compare and use the search button as if you dig a little there is some photo and drawing references.

a P750 & 906 tank is interchangeable but as Stiv says the 907ie has the complete fuel pump and filter inside the tank. Just compare the pictures in the parts catalogues.

Does anyone know the technical specs of the fuelpump ?
How many L/h ? How many pressure (bar/psi) ?
Because i want to place the pump outside the tank !
The only information about the pressure in the workshop-manual is
"5 bar" to "prevent overheating of the electric starter".
But that is only a description of the "overpressure valve which shortcircuits the delivery together with the suction, when pressures higher than 5 bar occur" ! INSIDE THE PUMP.
But i need to know how many bars NEED the injector-valves itself ? Does they NEED pressure ? How much ?
I need also to know how much pressure it takes to open the mounted "nonreturn-valve". I think its not much but it`s better to know this.
And last but not least - what about the volume ?
Hm, many questions.
Thank you for input, guys !

As far as I know the fuel pressure regulator is set for 3 bars, so whatever pump you use will have to be able to exceed that pressure by a reasonable margin. So say at least 4 bars minimum. I doubt if flow rate would be an issue with any injection system fuel pump.

Hi,
The pressure regulator is setted to 3 bar. And this is the pressure for the injection valves.
The normal Bosch Fuel pumps have a flow from 100L-300L/ hour by 5-8 bar
I think with 100 Liters/h is it working
