Are the Paso headlights the same? I can put a 907 headlight on a 750?

Did a search, saw some comments suggesting they're the same,
I just want to confirm before I buy it.

the only thing to watch for is weather its for driving on the right ( wrong ) side of the road or on the left (right) side of the road , as the light will dip the wrong way , which would be right ...or not , depending weather its right and wrong or left and right .....
