Hi Guys,

Is there a resource available for checking serial numbers (VIN/engine/frame etc) against a register to see if a bike is original or has been put together out of bits or has had other major surgery?

How about the bikes documentation for road worthiness inspection and change of ownership? Those papers usually carry the numbers.
