So I have always loved how the staintune exhaust looked and sounded. But they dont list one the this bike anymore?? What other options are there?

Your options are pretty limited. As pointed out in another post there is a set of BUB mufflers on ebay now as item 4578130479 and there is a day and a half left on the auction. They would be a good choice. D&D still had a few sets of mid-pipes left a year ago so they were willing to do a new set with cans of your choice. They would run $400 to $500. Most new options simply are not available any more--used sets crop up now and then on ebay. If I need a set, I'd buy the BUBs now on ebay up to the $400 range--and I am confident you'd pay a bunch less.

They are excellent pipes and have been around a long time. I put a set on a Guzzi 23 years ago and they were THE ticket for Italian bikes. These days they sell a lot of Harley pipes, but who doesn't?
