Hi Guys,
I was just looking through my 906 and 750 owners manuals for spark plugs and noticed that both said that RA6YC was the correct plugs for 906 and 750 while the RA6HC is recommended by those who know. I assume the difference is in the heat range? Thanks Arch.

Re: correct spark plugs
HC replaced the YC so RA6YC and RA6HC is the same. The number is the heat range. On Champion plugs higher is hotter. (On NGK plugs it`s the opposite)
The 906 wsm says RA6 while the owners manual says RA8.

Re: correct spark plugs
My owner manuals still list RA6 for the 906 so wonder if there is a difference in specs between the european and us version. Arch

Re: correct spark plugs
RA8 may be a typo as the manuals for the 900cc Monster/SS/Cagiva Elefant all say RA6
