Hi Allan.

I think the common answer to this "aren't we all!".

That to one side, I purchased a couple of mirror assemblies which came with the lenses, so will dig out the company name and put it up shortly. They may be able to help? They are the Farr mirrors, but the lenses look the same.

Welcome to the forum!

Cheers.

Nick.

I have a pair of lenses from a Cagiva Freccia ( looks familiar right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtvM6SETxXs ) that I bought as Paso lenses (from Australia)... but the size is slightly out by 5mm on the overall length and a little on the width. They look like they fit but... they don't fit.

I'm thinking that NOS Paso lenses are not a thing - so I need to do either;
3D scan the lenses and import them into 3D modelling software, for extensive tidying up (the inside texture is a diamond lattice nightmare plus how would I make sure the printing marks are removed?) and then scale them to fit the Paso's original pods.
or use these lenses to create a mould to mass-produce a large quantity and create a new indicator pod design (external aspects would almost identical) that can be 3d printed which uses the original metal clip-on bracket and possibly mirror lens assembly.

None of this is easy or straightforward which is why I have done nothing more than think about it.

I'm currently also on the lookout for a set of Cagiva Freccia 89-90 indicator pods to compare, but these are probably rarer than the Paso lenses.
