On the bright side in that Hospital shot you are a dead ringer for Robert de Niro

The pain we go through for our passion

Wow, that's funny, you have no idea how often I hear that, about Robert DeNiro... Most often I hear it in bars, when I'm 3 sheets to the wind...

This is Jules Wigdor, one of our furthest-flung members. He is originally from Edinburgh, via London, and now living iin Kobe, Japan, for nine years. There are impressive pictures of his completely-rebuilt Paso in the Gallery, and in his website, if I remember correctly. The bike had been badly damaged in a fire, but now looks very classy and unique:

Skins: Thanks very much for taking the trouble for posting my photo but  my surname is Wigdor! and  I live in Kobe in west Japan which is to Tokyo what Christchurch is to Auckland (probably) ie, a lot smaller, cleaner and more friendly.

I just fitted new f/discs, pads, timing belts, changed the oil and filter on the old girl so we are now ready for next week's camping trip to the Sea of Japan coast north of here. Spring has arrived, thank goodness.

Regards and thanks

Jules

Please accept my apologies, Jules. I've made the corrections. I must have been completely distracted by that gorgeous Paso of yours.

This was after a long day walking around Disney World, our son took the pictue. I don't have any pictures of all three of us together stored on the computer, so I cobbled this together.

ok, I`ll add to this, too.
This is me. Already in younger years I was attracted by everything with 4 wheels (here our 1966 Mercedes 230S)

Yes, G, this is very impressive, a two-fisted driver at a very early age.

Okay, so now let's try mine again: [img]C:\Documents and Settings\Sheldon Payne\My Documents\My Pictures\06_Little_Italy\JaramaGuyRS

Sheldon, I don't know much about computers, but it looks to me like the picture you're trying to send is still only in your computer. It needs to be in an internet picture holding site, like 'Photobucket', before you can send it on to our site. Go to photobucket.com on the internet and they'll tell you how they can host your pictures for you, so that you can get them to show in other sites. Sorry if I'm telling you stuff you know already.

Thanks, Skins, but I tried loading from Snapfish the first time and had trouble with that. It's pretty clear, I don't know what I'm doing, so will work on it again when I return from out of town. :?

I use photobucket too and it makes it very easy. It also makes the link for you to past into your post here for the photo to show up. If you need instructions we can provide some help.

The 851 and I, before a short ride. The 750 Sport was getting its newly ceramic-coated pipes, stainless hoses, and a valve adjustment when I took the picture.
