Hi, I have just bought my first ever Ducati it is the Paso 906 in dark blue. The bike is in great condition having only done 17k miles in its life, however the tyres have not been changed since 2008 so I would like that to be my first purchase for her.
Has anyone replaced there tyres recently who can point me in the direction of a supplier for the Paso's strange sized tyres?
Many thanks

Re: Tyre Suppliers UK
Hi I changed my tyres about 2/3 years ago. There is a thread about it as I struggled to f8nd a uk source. I purchased them on line and had a local tyre place change them. I think the6 were maxis brand. They seem pretty good TBH and almost certainly better than the original tyre of 30 years ago!,

Thank you I did see the old posts but as yet not found a supplier.
Re: Tyre Suppliers UK
But who sell them in the UK? I have not found a supplier, the German supplier who was mentioned in the old posts have said they cannot supply.Tamburinifan wrote:Shinko or Golden Tyres makes correct sizes.

Very strange I sent a message to MC tire who replied saying they could not supply?
Re: Tyre Suppliers UK
Ok hopefully this may be of more use. I purchased a new set of Shinko tyres for the 906 about 2 years ago.
The company was c&w performance in Bristol /Fulton. Googling them now I see they have changed their name to WSC performance. Definitely worth making contact if they are not advertising the sizes now. They obviously did get hold of paso size tyres and if I recall the moulding date stamp was but a few months old when I purchased them.
Good luck. I would suggest a one to one phone call as you may need them to get them In specially and may take pity on your plight if speaking directly. Seems most people (myself included) tend to bat away emails as quick as you can if possible.

Hi,
I bought new Shinko tyres for my 750 Paso two years ago from MC Reifen in Germany: http://www.mc-reifen.de/index.html
Freight from Germany to Belgium was only €15,- for the set.
