Hi Guys I know this is a basic one but just wanted to see if there was any tricks to removing the tank - or rather disconnecting fuel lines and the other thing that sits on the bottom of the tank and looks like an electrical connection of some sort?
With the fuel tap shut I assume I’m not expecting fuel to come from the waste pipe going back to the tank (not the breather).
If there’s a guide somewhere please point me to it.

Now just need to work out what that other thing is!

Re: Tank removal
Tank off, looks like that might be a fuel level sensor, anyway disconnected now!

on top of this forum you find the FAQs and in there also all the manuals. They are also in the documents section of the main site.
