~SOLD~
For Sale $2,000 obo
1987 Ducati Paso 750 8500miles
Clean title, 2nd owner since 1991, always garaged
SF East Bay Area
This Paso has very low miles but it's no garage queen; it loves to be ridden and runs great. It does have some minor cosmetic flaws: some paint chips and crazing in a couple of places on the side panels. And yes: it's never been down. Alas, I can no longer ride it comfortably - It's a bit cramped for a tall rider with bad hips & knees.
There are minor performance enhancements: the airbox was removed by the previous owner and fitted with an oiled gauze K&N unit, and a pair of aluminum Rennsport slip-on exhausts. I did a mild re-jet and fitted Pierce Manifolds' DCNF Air Horns (velocity stacks) to smooth out throttle response. I currently have the stock 'Silentium' mufflers fitted.
I didn't ride the bike for years because there weren't proper 16" tires available. When I fitted the new Shinko SR880 & SR881 Z-rated radials it was like a new machine.
I haven't been on in ages but you can look up my old posts here. I was going to sell her 9 years ago but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. But now the time has come.
PM me if interested
Thanks all
