i have for sale the original mufflers that came with my 1992 907 i.e.

Left muffler { w/sidestand bumper }

brushed aluminum covering is perfect, black enamel paint is nearly perfect. the exception being a few very, very minor marks from pebbles thrown up on the bottom side, adjacent to the sidestand bumper and not easily noticed or seen.

Right muffler

brushed aluminum can is perfect w/the exception of some very, minor surface markings that can’t really be called scratches as they’re too shallow. they're located below the factory stampings and 80DB statement. so minor they won’t show up in pics, and most likely can be removed using fine steel wool or similar. location means not easily seen when on bike. black paint is perfect on this side.

mufflers come w/all mounting hardware and clamps. mufflers were protected by previous owner using bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and padded w/newspapers { dated 1997 } .

I have several of these pipes and have found them really easy to modify especially if you have access to a welder. The only downside is they are heavier than some of the now unavailable or extremely hard to find options. Just a thought for those of you like me who prefer DIY
