Brocken float pin support quick fix.

Post by BPento »

The Paso 906 . The Webber carburettor. Brocken the float pin brace. What the F. The peice fell to the bench. How the hell am I going to fix this.welding is out of the question. Glueing will never work. I treated it like a Brocken arm, wrapped the Brocken peice in fine copper wire until in was completely wrapped up to the pin, then soldered the copper wire ring until it formed a cast around the Brocken post. Worked like a charm.
