fuel filter replacement
is there a description on how to replace the fuel filter on my 907? Or from another type Duc which has the same setup? Or is there a post on this subject?

Look in the manuals in Tech FAQ.

There's no problem so bad that a little fixing can't make it worse! : )

Re: fuel filter replacement
Thanks Gert for the quick reply, but I couldn't find details except figures and exploded view in the 907 workshop manual, owners manual or part catalog. Can the fuel filter/pump/degaser assy be pulled out straight away or do I have to first disconnect something? Thanks

Re: fuel filter replacement
Reading thru the 907ie forum, I would copy out things for future reference. The text below was one of those things. My apologies to the original author as I don’t recall their name.
Fuel Pump Removal
Remove the Fuel Cap surround and seal (8 screws).
Remove the breather off the bottom of the surround.
Remove the hose and clamp off the top of the Fuel Filter. Either end, there should be enough flex in the fuel line to allow this.
Unclip the pump wires off the spade terminals where they come through the wall of the Fuel tank. (near the fuel gauge float).
Reach into the fuel tank, and there are 2 clips either side of the fuel pump. Press these in and the pump should come out. The pump will have a rubber mount and a plastic bit (the part with the clips) attached to it, but the whole lot should fit through the hole of the fuel tank.
Reassembly is the reverse of the above. Make sure the breather is clear when you put it all back together, as this can cause issues if it is blocked.

Re: fuel filter replacement
Hey Janky59, thanks very much for the detailed description. That is what I needed. It came off fine, but the 2 clips where not there.
