Fuse terminal retention

I am doing the ignition switch wiring mod, and I decided to use an available open fuse position in the fuse block for the battery power supply wire.

The open fuse position included 2 unused fuse terminals. One fell out easily, and I removed the other in the usual way with a tiny screwdriver in the typical access spot. Usually, this flattens a retention tab on the terminal.

However, I see no retention tab, and I can't figure out how the terminal locks into the fuse block.

Obviously, something got flattened to release the terminal, but I can't see anything. I think the small window may lock down over a plastic pin, but I don't see where I need to pry to restore the terminal retention function.

Well, to answer my own question, it appears there is no need for a tab; the window in that side of the terminal fits over a post and seems to stay seated well enough until you pry it off the post. The first time I reinserted it, I guess I did not catch that post. Retrying, it locked in place.

These are not like most of the other terminals in the electrical harness, 6.3mm (1/4th") with a bendable tab or tang to lock them in place. The fuse terminals are a little over 5mm to fit the standard size fuse blade. I can't find a source for them separate from the fuse block.
