Re: Clock solution???
I got a piece of 4 mm perspex and cut out the shape of the lens , I then cut a 15mm wide strip which I heated and bent around the dash cluster to form a rim ( edge ) , trued up the edge so it was flat and used araldite ultra clear glue ( sparingly ) to glue together. The plastic I used can be filed ...

Re: Clock solution???
mine was knackered when I got the bike so I fitted an oil pressure gauge instead .As some one had already spilt brake fluid on the lens I made a new one so that got rid of the clock knob hole

I have redone mine ( a duo shock mazzouchi ) with n2 .I deal a lot with commersial refrigeration and heat pumps etc and we had all the right gear to do the job on hand . Why not enquire at your local heatpump guy and see if he can help ( specially if there are bikes outside ). I put 180 psi in mine

The excentric is splined onto the axle , and there is one spline missing so that the excentrics can only fit on one way thus keying the two excentrics together.If you loosen the swing arm pinch bolts on one side and remove the ally nut of the other end of the axle , using a punch you can then drift ...

Re: Picked up the Paso! (includes newbie questions)
Yeah , I probly should have used something else but I had the devcon ( 60 bucks for a piece of silver cat shit !) but I figured that as the feeler gauge was doing the friction thing , the devcon was really just being an adhesive . I actually bought it to hot up a 5 horse briggs & stratton motor,...

Re: Picked up the Paso! (includes newbie questions)
That gearbox has me intrigued . Far is I know the 906 had bigger berrings ( 62 mm od as opposed to 52mm on the 750 ) which means you would also need the cases ,and the 906 was a 6 speed box with wider gears than the 750 . The 750 is based on the 750 F1 with the rear head reversed , where as the 906 ...

[quote="duckboy"]Hi All
The bike was named in honour of racer Renzo Pasolini, i think it is quite disrespectful of these companies to be withholding tyres that fit this machine named in honor of this great man.
