Re: Idle problems
I hadn't gathered from your first post that fuel was coming out of the vacuum connection of the fuel pressure regulator. I don't know of a replacement, perhaps one from an 851 or 888. A regulator from a later bike ST, SS, Monster, etc could probably be adapted to fit, or a generic regulator from a c...

Re: Idle problems
I'd say that fuel coming out of the vacuum lines is not normal. The fact that it idles well when the vacuum lines are disconnected but doesn't when they are implies that the fuel mixture is too rich, either because the air bleed screws need opening or the mixture screw in the ECU needs setting. I'd ...

Re: k&n filter ?
DU-0900 is the one you want
http://www.knfilters.com/search/product ... od=du-0900
The 907 isn't listed for some reason but it's the same filter that fits my ST4s. Will also fit SS, 851, 888, Carbed Monsters and more.

Re: LED Idiot lights
LED lights are a wonderful example of how new technology can help older bikes and cars. I bought some too, but have yet to install them. Glad to hear they work well. I am also going to do my taillight in LED. Cheers, Phil I'm not too bothered about doing the tail light. At least it's got 2 bulbs, u...

LED Idiot lights
I wasn't too happy with the dimness of the warning lights on my 907ie so I've just changed them all to LEDs. I can now see them in daylight! :) I used these ones off ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110722266136?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_3168wt_964 Cheap and cheerful al...

Re: Bike Stalls Once Warm and over 5500 RPM
You do have spark on fr cyl? It should run a little rich but OK if a sensor is failing, ECU goes into limp home mode. FHE by accident, my Air T loosened. Yes, the front cylinder is getting good spark. If we could only find the sensors to replace the old ones. Is there maybe another current sensor t...

Re: Forks are crooked after asembly
Does anyone else use this during a front wheel mounting or fork/steering stem work? Once you have everything assembled but just prior to final tightening, you spin the front wheel by hand, then apply the brake. I doubt that is enough force to straighten what needs to be straightened on your bike bu...

Re: Coolant Hoses for 907ie - Preorder
Congrats on your new bike LT, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. :) However, the possibility of a set of silicone hoses gives me food for thought. My long term aim has been to replace the radiator with one from an ST and rearrange the plumbing to enable the top hose to connect on the left instead of the righ...

And also, Auto Union has had a motorbike in it's past being NSU. And with the Ducati brand they now can fight BMW motorcycles on the racetrack again. More correctly DKW took over Audi in 1928 and in 1932 Auto Union was formed with Audi, Horch, Wanderer and DKW. NSU were taken over by Auto Union in ...
