Re: Photos recent trips

fantastic shots guys, marty I love the one of the 907 & GS on the dirt, (That is the bike I would like next to my 906 in the shed just now) some of that dirt looks awfully loose though.I think that will be my work computer background of the week, great shot! Inspirational. I just hope the 907 go...

Re: Intro + opinions wanted

It can become quite obsessive when you are on the look out for a new toy to buy, I often wonder how many man hours I have lost at work due to being in pursuit of something on ebay or similiar, hope the boss doesn't find out! I am sure that the other Aussie Paso owners here will assist you in the sea...

Re: Touring on a 906

Hey Marty, Glad you had a good trip mate & next time you will have to bring your 907 up my way so you can taste some of my favourite local (& all tarred) roads. The Sunday morning photos I posted were taken on the Bucketts Way heading into Gloucester (thats Gloucester in the pic) about 70 km...

Re: Corbin seat, what am I missing?

Donaldoduck, nevermind the seat what about those pipes, nice interpretation! Did you do that yourself? Please tell me that is NOT a restrictor hanging out the back of the pipes though.
Nice 907

Randy mate, you still have an impressive stable there & can rest easy in the knowledge that your 907 will be loved & treasured as it was with you. Good on you for sharing the love.

Enjoy your BM's

Re: Corbin seat, what am I missing?

You can sit back further in the seat with the Corbin, you don't have to sit on your Family Jewels & squash them each time you go over a bump like you do on eth original seat. Give it a little time to get used to the Corbin, it is a better shaped seat & will offer greater comfort than the ori...

Re: Touring on a 906

Hey marty Why didn't you call in for a beer or two while you were over here?
Were you up the North Coast of NSW in the Taree/Port Macquarie region?
I will be really disappionted if you did not ride the Oxley mate, it is about the best road on the mainland.
I would not go to Tassie & not visit you!

Re: Intro + opinions wanted

Hey Johnny, I know you said you were leaning toward the 907 but don't discount the others. I have a 906 & reckon she is just great. Any paso that has been looked after will give you a grin that only a Ducati can deliver, they look great, sound great & are great, all of them! If you like to t...

Re: Tyre options

Hey Enzo, You should be able to get the Michelins from any bike shop. I get mine from my local Yamaha dealer (Fineline @ Taree) they have not had any trouble getting them & when I discussed the discontinuation of these tyres with them they showed me that they were listed in the catalogue & o...

Re: the cafe project

Thanks for the pics Mike, that is really nice & very much along the lines of what I am wanting to do in the future (hopefully not too distant). I really like what you have done with the seat, these BM's were just made for cafe` conversions. It is hard to part with a good K series but it looks li...

Re: picture thread - Pasos with alternative mirrors and screens

I "accept" only those red Pasos with double headlightd in square hole, they look good... That was only my opinion... That is the 1987 Yamaha FZ750 (US Spec) Dual Headlight. A straight swap for the existing Paso single candle. Need to do some wiring mods but the fit is as easy as...
