Re: Covid -19 and a 907ie Clutch ( Idle but puzzling thought

Great idea to fix the bike, sorry I can’t help about the clutch! I think people who ride Ducati’s regularly might have greater resistance to Covid 19.
Hoping all our friends across the world are bearing up against this awful virus?

Re: Constant rain ☔️

On a more worrying note 2 ducks crossed the road today and started swimming in the drainage ditch at the side of the road ! Seems nature is starting to take over the road side waterways!

Re: Constant rain ☔️

My first 907 ie I had Oxford heated grips fitted, they were great! I have fitted heated grips to my 907 ie and Benelli 900, they mean you can ride for longer in winter.

Re: Constant rain ☔️

I do have an old Benelli 250 which I use in winter but this is being prepared to go to the Isle of Man TT In June. On a weather up date it is still raining in the UK . I think we must have half the Southern Hemispheres rain! As soon as I do get out I will post some pictures to inspire others to go f...

Constant rain ☔️

Can somebody turn the rain tap off? This winter in the UK we seem to have rain every other day and I want( need!) to go out on my bike. Is it the same in Europe and around the world? I am suffering BWS ( bike withdrawal symptoms) the only cure is a couple of hours riding!

Re: Wow, No Post Since December

The salt they put on the roads to stop ice causes bad corrosion if you don’t wash it off straight away in the UK. I don’t mind riding in the cold but I don’t want the Duke suffering!

Re: Wow, No Post Since December

We are having a very wet winter in the UK! And I think this is keeping the bikes inside. How is it where you are? My bike is all prepped for the spring, just waiting for the sun ☀️ to come out!

Re: Oil leaks 89 900 ss

I had a project that hat was stalling and wanted to ride it in the summer, I booked a week off and every day at 8.00am I was in the workshop. Each day I focused on a task and by Friday I was taking my bike for its vehicle test. I spent the weekend making final adjustments concluding with a fab ride ...

Re: Another 907 back on the road (almost)!

Sorry to hear you have issues, try some simple things; has a wire come off a sensor around the Engine, check the spark plugs to get an idea if it’s flooding or starving itself of fuel. Assuming it has had a new filter in the fuel system, has this clogged with dirt from the tank. All worth checking a...

Re: Another 907 back on the road (almost)!

Have just got my 907 in the workshop to fit new chain and sprockets, then I’ll take her for a spin in a few weeks time. 907 you either hate them or love them! When I saw a Paso at the Earls Court Bike Show I thought it was the best looking bike I had ever seen, it took me thirteen years before I had...
