Re: Another 907 back on the road (almost)!

Parts are becoming scarce but I have found people on this forum very helpful and there are many alternatives available to fix things. The best way of keeping a bike running well is to use it!

Re: Another 907 back on the road (almost)!

I am afraid Harley’s do nothing for me ! Not very good for UK roads! What I love about Italian bikes is the passion they are made with ! When I travelled to Italy on my Benelli 900 for the Benelli centenary in 2011 there was such passion and pride in Pesaro for Benelli. Bikes were welcome everywhere...

I had a newer bike recently and on tickover the only way I New I had not stalled it was to look at the Re...

Re: Another 907 back on the road (almost)!

That sounds like a good birthday present to yourself, keep the bike as it is and use it! There are too many older bikes not ridden because they are pristine! Well done on getting it back up and running

Benelli 125 Jarno Paso inspired!

Recently one of our Benelli Uk members took one of these to Stafford Classic Bike Show and won best 1980s Bike! I think it takes great influence from the Paso, it was built as a tribute to the late racer Jarno Saarinen It’s a 125 two stroke with nearly 30 bhp and capable of nearly 100 mph ( 160 Kph)...

Re: DVLA !!!!! DATING CERTIFICATE

Why do they make registering a bike such a pain in the UK? The last bike I reregistered they told me that if there was any duty now or in the future I would be liable for it on a £325.00 eBay purchase!

Renzo Pasolini

There is a great article in this months Classic bike about Renzo Pasolini and his racing career which features a 350 Benelli 4 that he rode against Agostini and Mike Hailwood.
Well worth a read!

Re: Restoration started

Well done Sagil, I think too many of us make our restoration so hard that they never get finished!
Your approach still keeps the bike together and running I like that. To many Paso are broken or left to rot because people think a full restoration is out of the question.
Good luck finishing it off!

Re: Just Dropping In (again)....

That looks like a fine collection of motorcycles a shame not to use them. Why not sell a few and use the money to get a mechanic to fix a few up? Sometimes it’s best to reduce the mountain before starting to climb it!

907ie our for the first time this year!

Finally after months of rubbish weather I got out on the bike today! I was suffering bike withdrawal symptoms. Has it been the same in Europe as the Uk? I thought somebody had turned the sun off and left the taps on. The lithium battery has been on the bike for 2 years now and still fires her up at ...
