1990 Ducati Sport 750 LIVES!

Post by Fireypete »

Hello All,
I thought I'd set up a seperate post to show a photo and say thanks to everyone who offered advice and encouragement. It really helps. Also to the overall website. The workshop manual was good but the spare parts catalogue was great! Showning all the bits and pieces and how they went back together. I've learnt quite a bit on the journey. As i mentioned in another post...its all done but they are never really finished. The tank has a few rub marks from a jacket on the rear to buff out, perhaps find genuine bar ends...
Cheers all,
Pete
PS any one living Melbourne way the bike gathering at Tooradin in Thursday mornings is worth a look. Heading there today.
PPS It seems photos from my mobile will not load...maybe..

Thanks for the update Pete. I'm hoping to get back to my bike soon after getting side-tracked with another bike.

Nothing of interest to you guys probably, it is an Aprilia RS457. I did some mods on it ( first time I've flashed an ECU myself) then converted it to pass track scrutineering and raced it at the Burt Munro recently.
