Regulator/Rectifier replacement

Hi All-
I recently purchased a new regulator/rectifier from Electrosport (ESR515) to replace the OEM unit on my '88 Paso. I am theorizing that the dash light bulbs, tail light bulbs and the fuel pump have all burned because the bike was overcharging (roughly 16-16.5V). The problem is that while I thought the new unit would be plug and play- when I went to replace old with new, I discovered the connectors are different. The old unit uses molex type connectors whereas the new unit uses standard pin/pigtail connectors. There were no install instructions included with the new regulator and the color coding of the wires doesn't mach. I sent a note to electrosport and they weren't much help.
Has anyone done this recently and if so, which wires correspond to which?
Thanks for the help.
