Thermostat

Post by Nominalisation »

My buggered thermostat was due to a broken plastic thermostat pin retainer. I made a new one out of metal rod, put the thermostat back together, and it worked again! However, I'd already bought an Aprilia 1000 thermostat. It has a smaller, straight by-pass outlet, unlike the Paso one, so I fitted a 90 degree reducer pipe. It all fitted together and it works! 😄
Now for the Weber 🤔

Great you were able to get the OE back working.
Post up some pics and part numbers if you can of the Aprilia parts. Might help out another owner that isn’t as lucky.
