Measure fluid level with forks compressed and springs and spacers removed . :)

Hi , how much fluid did you putin there. If there is to much the forks wont fully compress ' :)

But yeah welding petrol tanks can be a stimulating experience if ya dont clean them out .

I know what they are alright :) because I am missing them out of one of my taillight assy's. I got the main body of the light assy and the lens from different places and didnt notice them absent untill way later . When it really starts bugging me ( like now .....thanks :D :lol: ) I will probly find ...

They are out of the tail light assy . They go between the brake/tail light bulbs and the blinker bulbs . The lens screws go thru those lugs on the side and blinker wires go thru the notches.

Are they really cast off to one side.....cant say as I ever noticed any of mine angling off to the left. There is a guy down this way ( Winton -ish. )has a pile of Ducati parts . I think he goes under "Ducati spares" and shows up on trade me . Try searching for Paso motor as I know he has ...

The red wire is connected to the "other" ends of the yellow wires , its not another phase If you have not already done so a check of all the electrical connections would be in order. The original reg rect had a voltage sensor wire that gets its signal from the switched side of the ign swit...

The biggest advantage of split carbs is that you can shorten the intake manifold length........not sure that would be good for a road bike :)
