Gel battery

Here normal YUASA 16Ah battery to 907 coast to me 60€ last spring(april 2006). :ugh:

Last december, as I told, I paid it 90/95 €

So, if it's true the gel batteries work better....

What's its brand?

It's a DEKA AGM, not a gel type. It was available right at the local auto parts store.

If shipping stuff from USA to EU area, then need to pay here in Eu very high taxes, so currently we EU persons can get stuff MUCH more cheaply from EU markets, that shipping from USA.... Sorry, but seems, that it goes just this way... market areas are protecting own markets...

I often buy in Germany 'cause they have 16% VAT (in Italy 20%) and no customs!!!

I think the EU market and the web market is a GREAT stuff.

Shipping most items is easy. List it as a gift or used part with a low value. Batteries are quite heavy so the shipping might be too expensive.

At least in Finland i have to open package in toll office, if its "gift" and surely they know, that new battery is over those low limits of "gift" value... Shipping BATTERY from USA to EU sounds very strange to me. That shipping can coast as much, as that battery, just, cause its quite heavy.... :laugh:

It's so, shipping a battery from USA is not good value.
