Hello Guys,
Maybee you remember the winter project of my Paso.
New:
Mikunis
Brakes
Belts
et cetera.
last week I tries to start te Paso, but I had already killed the new battery by not filling it up with a proper loader.
This weekend I made my first run and I must say Its a BIG improvement.
Although the Mikunis still needs some finetuning the reaction in City driving is almost perfect. Better than my friends Monster with the same carburettor. I drove the bike for some hunderds of km's on the highway and it just got better and better. A litte gap due to the impropper placement of the airpressure meassuring lines of the mikunis. I'll have to, think of a better place to end them. It must bee a place outside the riding winds.
What I have noticed is that my dasboard light don't work anymore and the signal indicator is the wrong way.
When i push teh indicatorknob to the left. My left indicator lights start to work but my dashboard indicates to tghe right and visa versa.
A mistery to me?? What can we have done wrong. It must have happend while replacing the carburettor.
Anybody has an idee?
Finally first startup with the new Mikuni's

Hallo Gerhard,paso750 wrote:nice to see you`re back !
Put the tubes in a small bottle. Take a look at ie a Monster or SS.
If you didn`t disconnect and reconnect some wires wrong it may be just some bad ground connection(s).
Gerhard
Thanks for the quick response.
Yes in the winter it came to a total Paso stop after I finished the bike work. I hope to make some more km with the Paso and with it on the Paso Board.
Still some people knows to find me.

And someone put me on You-Tube with a shortend Paso flick.
Next project... an oil thermostat..
